This event consists of the Triathlon, Pentathlon, Heptathlon and Decathlon. Triathlon is for Bantams; Pentathlon is for Midgets, Youths, & Masters; Heptathlon is for Intermediate Girls, Young Women, and Open Women; and the Decathlon is for Intermediate Boys,Young Men, and Open Men.
From North: Take I-90 East towards Boston to Exit 12 (Route 9 Hudson). At the end of the ramp make a right onto Route 9 South. Drive about 5 miles to Valatie Roundabout. Enter the roundabout and exit right onto State Farm Road. Track entrance is the second driveway on the right.
From South: Take NYS Thruway to Exit 21A. Cross thruway bridge to Exit B1 (Route 9 Hudson). Take first exit after toll for Route 9 Hudson. Make a left after the exit ramp onto Route 9 South. Drive approximately 5 miles to the Valatie Roundabout. Enter the roundabout and exit right onto State Farm Road. Track entrance is the second driveway on the right.

This is a full track and field meet open to all ages. The second day of heptathlon and decathlon will be competed as well.
